Today is My Birthday
Today is Oct. 7 and it is my birthday. (if you want to know the year, then you will have to call me. HA!) I somehow can’t believe that another year has gone by and so much has happened in my life. Some good, some not so good but life does happen doesn’t it? It isn’t all that wise to look backwards but at times it is needed to see how far we have come and where we are headed.
I have had many blessings in my life and so much love has surrounded me, that I know God sent those angels to protect me, keep me from harm, and to help me remember who I am. I feel truly amazed and so very grateful to have so many I love. Thank you so much my darlings for your calls, beautiful cards and gifts. I am truly overcome with the outpouring from around the globe: Amit, Ian, Harry, and Dave in Australia, Lionel in Canada, Satish in India, Allan, Maureen, Denis, Sylvia, and Alaric in UK, Lydia in Chapel Hill, Carol in New Bern, to name a few, and of course my sister and my beautiful sons. All before 10 a.m.!!!!! WOW!! To all friends and family, thank you so much for remembering me. Just you wait and watch. This is going to be MY BEST YEAR EVER. I just KNOW IT! God Bless!
