Destination Down Under

Another adventure begins as I travel to the land down under on the quest for a new experience. It is amazing to think I am here on the other side of the world and all the perceived ideas I had about this beautiful country have fallen short of facts.

This site contains my personal journal and picture galleries of my many travels around Oz. In one short month I have visited so many cities and seen such beautiful things.

It is my hope that this site will be used by educators and students as a guide to research about Australia and surrounding areas. Links to actual places I visited can be found under the education link as well as factual information about Australia. Additionally, school contacts will eventually be included so students can establish email pals with those in Australia.

A tropical paradise in summer and a cool winter maintains a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Wild life abounds along scenic drives yet big city life is very evident in the artistic architecture.
