If you don't already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed, you can download a free copy from the Adobe internet site. You only need to do this once.

Important: The file is large (4.0 MB) and may take a few minutes to download. After you click the "Thank you" dialog box at the end of the installation, wait a second or two and the installer will automatically close itself. Do not try to close the installer by clicking the close box in the top right corner of the dialog box, because the installation will fail.

Tips on viewing and printing Acrobat documents

You may find that the on-screen or printed Acrobat document does not show the text at the extreme top or bottom edge of the page (for example, the tips of header and footer text). To view the entire page contents, do the following:
