Work It Out
The time has come. I have been lazy way too long and I’m feeling the effects so I decided to take the plunge and head back to the gym. This time, I would hire a personal trainer so it is done. Lindsey and I met yesterday and I tell you though she may be young, she is one tough cookie (oops, I need to get THAT word out of my vocabulary).
I’ve given it six months and to be sure IF I stick with it, I’ll see results. This thought all began when I was selected as the Group Study Exchange leader for Rotary. We’ll be traveling to India in December so that gives me enough time to really get into shape. It is going to be a rigorous schedule and I’ll be trying to keep up with people much younger than myself. But hey, think young, act young and you ARE young???…Keep up with my calendar.
Well keep up with my progress please. I figure the more I have looking over my shoulder the better off I will be or at least the more I’ll have to answer to right? Here we go!!!
